Payment and Insurance
Insurance Information
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains how much healthcare services will cost.
To bill your sessions, I must provide Insurance Payers with a diagnosis and dates of service when submitting insurance claims.
Occasionally, your insurance company may request additional information, including session notes, which I am obligated to provide.
The only way to know the cost of a session ahead of time is to contact your insurance company, either through your insurance portal or by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. If insurance information is provided a week or more before your appointment, I contact your insurance company for an explanation of benefits at the start of our work together to estimate the cost; however, it is recommended that you reach out to them too.
Out-of-pocket costs are influenced by various factors, including:
Which insurance company you have
Which insurance plan you choose
Copays/coinsurance
Deductible amounts and how much you have left in your deductible at the time of service
Fees
First Session Rate: $200
Individual Ongoing Sessions Rate: $175
Late Cancel: (less than 24 hours) $50
Missed Appointment with No Notice: $100
Sliding Scale Rates are available to those with financial need. Please send me a message to see if you qualify.
